The error message “invalid code” can occur due to different reasons. You might have entered the wrong code, there might be a typo in the activation code, or the system time of your computer might be wrong:
- Every version of DxO Software has its own activation code. You can find your licenses and the associated version of the software in your customer account with us at any time.

Select “My Software”. Then you will see your current software versions listed with their activation code and download links on the left.
- Check your input character by character. If you copy the code, make sure there wasn’t a space added accidentally.
- Double-check that your computer’s system clock, date, and time zone are correct.
