Can I use DxO optics modules designed for one camera for another similar camera ?

(Example: Use Nikon D7000 modules with a Pentax K-5, given that the two cameras use the same sensor.)

No. Even if some cameras have many similarities, they are not identical. In particular, the internal settings can vary enormously from one camera to another, even when they share the same sensor. Consequently, each DxO optics module can be applied only to the exact camera-lens combination for which it was designed.

If no DxO optics module is available for your equipment, you can still apply corrections manually.
