What should I do if I’ve run out of activations? Does uninstalling the software automatically free up an activation?

You can activate your DxO ViewPoint software on 3 computers, as long as it is never run on more than one computer at a time. You may install on both Mac and PC with the same license.

If you’ve reinstalled or reconfigured your current computer, please contact customer support. Provide the computer’s name and the exact OS version that was installed before the reinstallation or reconfiguration.

When transferring the software to a new computer, ensure the software is fully removed from the old computer. Then, contact support with the name and exact OS version of the computer that will not be reactivated/reinstalled.
