Why are my order histories and invoices prior to 8 April, 2021 missing from my customer account?

To bring you better service in the future, we have improved our E-commerce and account management system.


All your software, download links, and activation keys remain available under “My software” in your new account.


For now, due to technical limitations, your previous invoices and order history with the former system could not be added to your new customer account. However, all purchases made after April 8, 2021, will be available to view at any time.
