I placed an order but something went wrong, how can I see if my order is complete?

To locate your purchase, please log in to your customer account then go to “My Orders and Invoices” where you can then view your orders and whether or not they state “Complete.” If the status is anything other than complete, it may not have gone through successfully.

Please check your payment method to see if the payment has gone through (NOT just pending). If you have a completed transaction, please contact support with a screenshot of this transaction.

If not, please try your order again.
