As new Professional customer from the UK, how can I purchase successfully?

Due to Brexit, VAT rules are changing and this is impacting our e-commerce system. This will be updated in the near future. This is the reason why trying to purchase without contacting us first causes the purchase to fail. During this time, if you wish to purchase our software, you would need to contact the support team here so that we can manually create your account as a professional. To create your account, we would need your first name, last name, complete mailing address, company name, and VAT number. Once your account is created, you will be able to purchase our software, but the pricing WILL include VAT. To get a VAT refund, you will need to claim the purchase on your next tax bill.
