Last year the upgrade price was less, now the prices increases. Why have you raised the pricing for both new and upgrade purchases? This is not fair to loyal customers.

Our prices have been unchanged for more than 7 years, whereas we have brought many incredible new features like for example DxO Smartlighting, ClearView Plus, PRIME et DeepPRIME, the DxO CoorWheel, Instant Watermarking, The PhotoLibrary. Moreover, our upgrade pricing offered is still less than 50% the cost of a new license, which we find competitive as most other companies only offer 10% or 20% discounts.
