How to install or re-install DxO PureRAW plugin for Adobe Lightroom Classic CC on Apple macOS?

This information applies to versions: 2, 3, 4

Apple macOS users will be prompted to install the DxO PureRAW plugin for Adobe Lightroom Classic CC when PureRAW is first launched.

If the plug-in is not installed at this point, it can be added manually using the option Install DxO PureRAW plugin for Adobe Lightroom Classic CC found in DxO PureRAW's File menu.
