If I uninstall DxO software from my old computer, will I get an activation back for use on my new computer? I have no activations remaining, what do I do?

This information applies to the latest version

DxO PureRAW allows two activations on personal computers. If you attempt to reactivate the software after an uninstallation or system change and receive a message stating that the maximum number of activations has been reached, please contact customer support for assistance.

In some cases, significant hardware changes (such as replacing the motherboard, upgrading components, or, in certain cases, updating the operating system) can alter your computer’s hardware ID. This may require reactivation of the software.

Note: When contacting customer support, please provide the following information about your existing computer (not a new device):

  • Your activation code
  • Your computer’s name (not the username or serial number)
  • The operating system and edition installed on this computer (e.g., Windows 11 Pro or Home
  • A description of changes made, such as hardware modifications, reinstallation of the operating system, or uninstallation for use on another computer.
