How do I log in to my account if my email address is no longer valid and I don't know my password?

In order to access your account and set a temporary password, we will need you to verify the full name and postal address on the account. We also need you to confirm at least one activation code listed within your account.

Once confirmed, we will update your email address in your account. Once your email address has been updated, please click the 'lost password' option so that you can reset it and log in successfully.
