The new Nik Collection Panel is available only in Adobe Photoshop.
Adobe Photoshop Elements (PSE) does not support the integration of the Nik Collection Panel due to limitations in PSE's functionality compared to Photoshop.
This information applies to versions: 3, 4, 5, 6, 7
Nik Collection Palette/Nik Selective Tool is only available for compatible Photoshop and Photoshop Elements versions.
