Why are metadata missing when viewing my images in a third-party program?

If you encounter an issue with missing metadata, make sure XMP synchronization is activated in the DxO PhotoLab settings menu. Also, check your export settings to ensure the various metadata is enabled. Depending on your workflow please also check the settings of your third-party software concerning the synchronization of XMP data.
