Why am I seeing the following error message? "There is a problem with this Windows installer package. A script required for this install to complete could not be run."

This information applies to version(s): 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6

Please proceed as follows:

Click Start> Programs> Accessories.
Right-click on Command Prompt, select "Run as administrator".
If you get C:\Windows\SysWow64>, go to step 4. Otherwise, enter the following text, including the quotation marks, and press Enter: cd "% systemroot%\SysWow64"
Then type regsvr32 jscript.dll and press the Enter key.
Then try reinstalling DxO PhotoLab
