Why are the 'Show masks', 'New mask', 'Reset' and 'Close' buttons not visible when Local Adjustments are activated? (Windows only)

This is a difference between the macOS and Windows versions of DxO PhotoLab. On Windows, the bottom panel was not implemented by design, as preference was given to an overlay GUI instead.

The 'Show/Hide mask' functionality is implemented using shortcuts.
