DxO ViewPoint 6 and newer:
When using DxO ViewPoint in standalone mode, you can open TIFF and JPEG files, as well as RAW files from supported cameras. RAW files are processed using DxO camera profiles and DxO Wide Gamut, with automatic lens distortion correction.

DxO ViewPoint 5 and older:
If you are using DxO ViewPoint in standalone mode, then your choices are JPEG or TIFF. If you are launching the plug-ins from within a compatible host application, any RAW image format supported by the host software can be used.
