Why did the default setting for DeepPRIME/DeepPrime XD acceleration on M1/M2/M3 Macs change? (macOS only)

This information applies to all versions

macOS 13 (Ventura) introduced a regression that gives a magenta tinge to images using DeepPrime/DeepPrime XD denoising when exported with the Apple Neural Engine on M1/M2/M3 Macs.

In DxO PhotoLab 5.11 & 6.6 and DxO PureRaw 2.6.2 & 3.2 we added a temporary solution, so the default setting now uses the Apple Neural Engine again. If you had previously manually switched to the GPU to avoid this issue, we recommend using the default option again. This temporary solution will be updated when Apple delivers its own fix for this issue in macOS.
