The two newest of these, DeepPRIME 3 and DeepPRIME XD/XD2s/XD3 X-Trans Beta are based on machine learning, making them capable of extraordinary results.
In exceptional cases, and especially at very high ISO values, the algorithm’s interpretation of the data and attempts to distinguish information from noise may result in artifacts or patterns that were not visible in the original image.
These rare cases remain a challenge in our industry, even for algorithms of this type which produce otherwise peerless results. In such cases, we would recommend that you adjust the additional controls for DeepPRIME 3 instead of an algorithm with extra Detail.
