This information applies to the latest version
DxO PhotoLab is available in two Editions: Elite, which includes all advanced features, and Essential, a simplified version at a more affordable price.
Both Editions support the same camera equipment, with the exception of Fujifilm X-Trans-Sensors, which require the use of DeepPRIME or DeepPRIME XD processing available only in the Elite edition.
Thus we consider the Elite Edition as the standard. To simplify communication, we therefore only refer to DxO PhotoLab as DxO PhotoLab Elite Edition on our website, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The Demo Version corresponds to the Elite Edition, and by default, Elite Edition is offered in our shop. However, the Essential version is still available via a dedicated link.
Differences Between Essential and Elite
Essential: A curated selection of features for quality photo editing.
Elite: All advanced tools, including DeepPRIME denoising technologies, for exceptional RAW processing and unparalleled image quality.
