I am out of activations for my DxO software. What should I do?

This information applies to:

  • DxO PhotoLab 7 and later

  • Nik Collection 7 and later

  • DxO PureRAW 4 and later

  • DxO FilmPack 7 and later

  • DxO ViewPoint 5 and later

You can manage your own DxO software licenses directly from your customer account. This allows you to deauthorize an installation on one computer and free the activation for use on another device, without contacting Support.

Steps:

  1. Go to your DxO customer account.

  2. Log in with the email address used for your purchase.

  3. Click on “License management” on the left and confirm your login in the window which will open.

  4. On the left, select the software you want to deactivate.

  5. Click “Deauthorize” next to the computer you want to free.

Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each product installed on your computer.

  6. You can now activate the software on another device.

Important:

You can perform up to 5 deauthorizations per month. If you are using an older version or encounter any issue, please contact the DxO Support team for assistance.

For software prior to the versions listed, we require the name of the computer the software has been removed from (or that has been modified), the exact OS it was running, and the activation code in writing (not as a screenshot) so that we can assist you with your activation request.
