Yes. The compact linear DNG files generated by DxO PureRAW 6 and DxO PhotoLab 9.6 and fully comply with the official DNG specification (version 1.7) and are not a proprietary format. They can be opened and edited in all applications that fully support DNG 1.7 (e.g. Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Camera Raw, Capture One, and other compatible RAW editors).
