DxO PureRAW is an independent program, not a plugin. DxO PureRAW offers direct export to Adobe Photoshop Creative Cloud versions, and Adobe Photoshop Elements and supports this workflow. However, you can select any other third-party software to export your images to, i.e. Affinity Photo or Capture One. It just needs to be able to open linear DNG files.
Additionally, DxO PureRAW offers a plug-in for Adobe Lightroom Classic CC.
