When I try to sign in, my account is not recognized, what happened?

If you are unable to log in to your account, and you have either successfully purchased our software in the past or have attempted to, please request a lost password. If you do not receive a password reset email (please make sure to check your spam folder), please contact customer support.

If you have or had different email addresses, please make sure to also try them. Changing your Internet browser may also work.

In the event of too many login or password reset attempts, your account may be temporarily locked. Please wait approximately thirty minutes, and try then again.
