This may be caused by an improper installation of the software. Please close Adobe Photoshop, then uninstall and reinstall Nik Collection again from your customer account.
Windows:
Uninstall Nik Collection using the "Add or remove programs" option in the Windows Control Panel.
If there are any problems during uninstallation, please use the Windows Troubleshooting tool.
macOS:
Uninstall Nik Collection from your Mac using the uninstaller located in Applications > Nik Collection > Uninstaller.
