Why might a RAW image appear in DxO PhotoLab with a different aspect ratio to the one specified in the camera's settings?

This information applies to all versions

This difference can be due to the image's aspect ratio and/or because it was resized.

In DxO PhotoLab the full file is used when a RAW image is processed, so images will always have the same dimensions whatever crop (ratio) or mode (L/M/S or dimension) options were set in the camera. The only exception to this is when the RAW file itself is cropped or reduced.
