Why can't I see the "Local Adjustments" button in DxO PhotoLab?

In this configuration, the bar at the top of DxO PhotoLab looks like this:

To display the missing buttons, click on the button at the end of this arrow:

This happens in two cases:

1. The width of the DxO PhotoLab window is less than 1200 pixels
2. The size of the text in the operating system combined with the width of the window does not allow the display of all the options. In this case, please restore the text size to 100%. If you are not sure how to change the text scaling settings in your operating system, please look for information online.
