This information applies to all versions
You can activate your DxO PhotoLab software on 2 computers with the ESSENTIAL edition, and on 3 computers with the ELITE edition, as long as it is never run on more than one computer at a time. You may install it on both Mac and PC with the same license.
Please make sure that DxO PhotoLab has been removed from any computer on which it had previously been activated. If the activation doesn't succeed, please contact customer support.
In some cases, significant hardware changes (such as replacing the motherboard, upgrading components, or, in certain cases, updating the operating system) can alter your computer’s hardware ID. This may require reactivation of the software.
Note: When contacting customer support, please provide the following information about your existing computer (not a new device):
- Your activation code
- Your computer’s name (not the username or serial number)
- The operating system and edition installed on this computer (e.g., Windows 11 Pro or Home
- A description of changes made, such as hardware modifications, reinstallation of the operating system, or uninstallation for use on another computer.
